Zavier shot Garrett a frosty glance, "Whether I marry her or not is none of your business. And for the record, even if I don't, she wouldn't give you a second glance. So, you might as well get over her now."

Garrett shrugged, "Once I knew she was off-limits, I backed off. I may not have many virtues, but I know when to fold."

Zavier simply stated, "Keep an eye on her at school."

With a chuckle, Garrett retorted, "With the title of Zavier's fiancée, she hardly needs my protection."

Zavier felt that was true and dropped the subject. He reached for his phone, intending to shoot Skyler a message on WhatsApp, but then he realized he didn't have any of Skyler's contact details. "Do you have Skyler's contact info?"

Garrett was incredulous, "You're telling me you don't even have your own fiancée's number?"
