Zock was a little bummed out and said in a low voice, “You can’t even remember his face, why is he more important to you than me?” 

Comelia explained, “You guys are just as important to me. I won’t let Jeremy badmouth you guys. I’ve already told him how important you guys are” 

Hearing this, Zack and Abigail were elated, “You mentioned us to Jeremy?” 

Cornelia responded, “You guys have been my friends since childhood, my best friends, and the most important people in my life. How could I not tell him?” 

Hearing this, Zack was satisfied, “I’m not trying to slag off Jeremy this time. I actually think he could be the one for you.” 

Comelia was curious, “Why the sudden change of heart about him?” 

Zack said, “Because of you, of course 

Zack and Abigail knew Cornelia better than anyone, having grown up with her

Cornelia asked with a smile, “Is it because you guys love me, so you also love the perron I love?” 

Zack said. “Yeah, we trust you and you trust him. So we’re willing to trust him too” 

Cornelia and Jeremy’s marriage was sudden, and she hadn’t mentioned Jeremy to Zack and Abigail before the wedding Coupled with Jeremy’s actions after the wedding, they had some reservations about him.

Zack and Abigail looked at Cornelia, “You really don’t care anymore?” 

Cornelia nodded, “I had a long talk with grandma at Southern Peak. She told me that you can’t always live in the past, you have to look forward. She said that if my father could see me, he would want me to be happy. Do you think I should care about what unimportant people think of me, or should I focus on living my life well. so my father can rest in peace?”
