The assistant’s eyes widened in shock. "You're going to sell it?"
The resort was one of the top three attractions in Docwood. Although its annual income was no match for Exotic Star's, it was still an enviable asset. Selling it would be a huge loss.
"Yes."
"Are you sure about this, Mr. Noah? It's not a wise decision to sell it now. We won’t be able to get a good price."
Noah raised his head and looked at his assistant coldly. "Are you questioning me?"
The assistant shivered and replied, "N-No, I'll make the arrangements right away."
During lunchtime, Chloe looked over the live streaming data and her brows furrowed in confusion.
"All these were delivered to the same location? Could it be one buying all the items? Who would be so bold to purchase so many? Do they plan on opening a store? It doesn't make sense," she muttered.
Chloe found the customer’s number and dialed it. At first, no one answered. When she was about to hang up, someone picked up. A deep and powerful voice came from the other end.
"Who's this? Who are you looking for?"
Chloe was stunned and felt the voice somewhat familiar.
"Who are you? If you're not going to talk, I'm going to hang up," Vince urged impatiently.
"Hello, I'm representing Exotic Star's after-sales customer service. Have you received the jewelry?"
After a brief pause, Vince finally remembered what Chloe was talking about. “Oh yeah, I got them. They’re all in order. Is there anything else you need? I'm busy."
"Well, we just wanted to know if you’re planning to open a store with the jewelry or are you giving them away?"
"Nope."
"Then…"
