"Listen to me," Julian said, unable to stay any longer.

He had to quickly bring Betty to Vans.

He could only persuade Diana by saying, "Sean probably really wants you to find him, comfort him, and give him a hug."

Julian did think about going to comfort Sean.

However, Sean was already heavily guarded toward him. The boy would probably resist him even more. It was better for Diana to find Sean, and for Julian to take care of Betty’s wound.
