"Laughing Dog, someone called the police and told us that there was a premeditated assassination. We need to go in and check the situation. Get out of the way immediately!" Silvery said coolly.
The man frowned slightly, and his smile faded away. "Madam," he said coldly, "you received a false police call. It is just a car accident, and we don't need police to deal with it. And, my name is not Laughing Dog. Please mind your words."
Silvery gritted her teeth and he wanted to knock the man down.
"Silvery."
A middle-aged police dragged Silvery back, and took a step forward to face the man. "Suma, if someone called the police, it's our duty to carry out the investigation. If you don't get out of the way, I will give you a warning."
Suma Channing frowned slightly. The experienced middle-aged police was much more difficult to deal with than the green hand Silvery.
Hearing that, Suma laughed, "Leader Gener, as a citizen, it's my duty to cooperate with the police investigation. After all, you are for our good. However, some of the police's law enforcement attitude needs to be improved. As a cop, she should abide by the law all the more, do you think so?"
"Who are you talking about?" Silvery flared up.
"Silvery!"
Leader Gener snapped, mercilessly staring at Silvery, and frowned at the man, "Suma, please get out of the way."
"I'm afraid I can't do that," Suma said firmly with a smile.
"Our lady just had a car accident and she hasn't calmed down psychologically. If you rush in, it might affect my lady's psychological health. Can you afford that?"
Silvery muttered disapprovingly, and then bowed her head under the stern look of Leader Gener. Everyone could see that she was still angry.
"Mr. Suma, we know each other well. I hope you can understand our duty. And the nature of the case can't be settled until we have a full investigation. Before we investigate, your damage to the scene will be deemed as a provocation to the law. Keep what I said in your mind!"
What Leader Gener had said angered Suma.
If they were not allowed to damage the scene, then what was the point of preventing the police from investigating? In was not that they couldn't damage the scene, but the gain would outweigh the loss.
Suma's mind was racing. A moment later, smile appeared on his face again. "Leader Gener, you are right. But wait until our lady calms down a bit, you can do what you like. We won't do anything that breaks the law."
Silvering snorted at Suma. In the whole Peking, even in the H Country, who didn't know Berl? Ninety percent of the gray business in the north was in the hands of Berl. As Berl's top assistant, Suma claimed that they never broke the law. How ridiculous it was!
"Leader Gener, you should let your members know what they can say, and what they can't. Don't put the foot in the mouth!" Suma said lightly. Silvery's repeated provocation had annoyed him.
'Didn't you see that even your captain has to pay attention to what he said? As a green hand, how dare you shout at me?' thought Suma.
"Mr. Suma!"
Leader Gener frowned, protecting Silvery, and stared at Suma. "It's not your business as to how I educate my members. Mind your own business and don't beg for us for mercy."
