“I’m not talking nonsense!” Ryder shouted grimly. “I want this one. Get the paperwork done for me immediately, right now!” 

Seeing that Abellyn was eager to purchase the unit, he was determined to buy it before her. 

Didn’t she say I would regret it? Well, look who’s laughing now?! 

Mildred was momentarily stunned, but after regaining her composure, she quickly approached Ryder with a smile, “Alright, sir, I’ll process the paperwork for you right away!” 

Wholly panicked, Abellyn pulled Mildred to her. “Ms. Yule, how can you do this? I clearly set my eyes on this house 

first!” 

“So what? Have you paid for it? Have you made a deposit?” Mildred’s words made Abellyn instantly blush. 

She thought the agent was absolutely despicable and could change her mind easily. Mildred was still addressing her as Ms, Sheppard respectfully moments ago and had even chased Ryder away for her. Who would have thought Mildred would turn against her and side with Ryder so quickly?! 

Mildred naturally couldn’t care less about Abellyn. After all, she had long seen through Abellyn’s pretense of being a wealthy lady and had almost been fooled by her. Regardless of who bought the house, she would still get her 

commission. 

However, just then, Roselynn approached the group and raised her hand, saying, “No need to trouble yourself with the paperwork!”
