“I’ll try my best!” Emmanuel smiled at Claudette. His bronzed skin and

reassuring smile were exceptionally attractive in her eyes, so she took the

initiative to hold his hand gently.

Since Emmanuel thought of her as his friend, he held her hand without

hesitation and continued to track forward.

“Dr. Lowe, you’re amazing! We will definitely come out as winners with you on

our team!”

Looking at the admiration in her eyes, Emmanuel did not think much of it

because, to him, beating a couple of students was a piece of cake for the

Northern Region’s Best Marksman. Therefore, there was nothing for him to be

proud of. However, his low–key behavior attracted Claudette even more as

she thought he had a mature charm.

Meanwhile, news of Emmanuel’s heroic performance had been spread

throughout the battlefield. Following the increasing number of people he

ousted from the competition, the rest felt they must work together to take out

Emmanuel for them to have a chance at winning!

Therefore, the number of people trying to ambush Emmanuel and Claudette

gradually increased, but Emmanuel managed to overturn the situation and

oust them all!
