When the movie started playing, Carla kept on cursing in her mind. The movie began with a hot sex scene on the deck of a sailing sea ship.

She glanced around the cinema but she didn't see Terence. She looked behind her and hoped to see him at the back, but she still couldn't find him. Where could he possibly be?

All of a sudden, someone grabbed her hand.

It was Johnny.

"What do you think you're doing?!" she snapped at him.

"What am I doing? Stop playing dumb. Isn't it obvious?"

Johnny said mockingly while gripping her hand, "You know you want me. We're both adults, so I understand what you're feeling right now. I don't mind your past with Terence..."

Johnny paused then continued, "I won't force you to forget him right away. I can wait until the day that you realize that he's not coming back to you and that you should move on from him."

Carla closed her eyes and yanked her hand from his grip when she heard his words.

Suddenly, a shiver ran down her spine.

She turned her head around and she was taken aback at what she saw.

No wonder there was a chill.

She finally realized why she couldn't find Terence before.

It was because he was sitting directly behind Johnny and her.

He was glaring daggers at Johnny's neck.

He was sitting comfortably in the cozy armchair with his arms crossed. When he saw that Carla was looking at him, he shot her a mysterious smile.

Now that Terence was sitting behind them and watching them, she was on pins and needles. She couldn't concentrate on the film at all.
