Glen's POV

I was in trance when suddenly someone slapped my back and I groan in pain and glare at the person.

"Why are you looking so troubled, did something happen?" I hear her say and I blushed remembering what just happened a while ago.

"N--nothing it's....... just... that I--" I stutter making her eye me.

(Shit Glen think of something) I scolded myself while looking away.

"I was just thinking that Ace was early and yeah.... you know what, he was already dressed when I got out my room. Do you think he ate something?" I asked trying to change the subject and it worked.

"Maybe he just had a good day" she said and I sigh in relief.

"Thank goodness she bought it" I mumble while she looks away.

I immediately went near her with a happy face.

"Come on and let's go to class" I said and she nods at me.

"Yeah I was just going to meet you at the parking lot but I saw you here looking troubled " she said making me nod my head.

"Then shall we go to class" Kaylee said and we went to class and followed the group of students who are trying to survive high school.

When we were walking towards our class I was still troubled about that kiss.

(Sorry to tell but I'll be honest if you’re asking if it was my first. It wasn’t my first and sorry to tell you that thought. It is a secret if you will ask me who was my first and more details)

We both turn on the other hallway and saw students in groups and suddenly hear faint whispers when we pass by.

I slowly glance at the group and I caught them looking at us. They suddenly look away or if not with each other and try to talk and continue what they are doing though some still look at me too.

"Hey isn't that the one who fought with Tobios"

"Yup he was really something"

"What was his power"

"Is he a weapon wielder or what"

"His sword was different that the others"

"Did he really fight him maybe it's somebody else"

I could hear them even though they whisper it anyone could still hear them because they are loud. I then look away and sigh before looking straight and just ignore the whispers.

"Famous are we" Kaylee suddenly tease and I chuckle at her.

"Yup no like you who is a loser" I comeback and I saw her frown so I just ignored her and walk faster since honestly, I can't stand the stares and the attention that the other students are giving me.

(Maybe I shouldn't have done that. Now everybody will look at me and I'll be a target of strong students and I'll... ahahahahh)

I complain while scolding myself.

"Hey wait for me" Kaylee shouted and keep up with me.

Suddenly someone stand in front us making I and Kaylee stop and halt in tracks.

I look at the group of students eyeing us. What made me uncomfortable and annoyed was... They just fucking eyed us from head to toe...that's fucking rude.

I ignored them and give them the way so I went to the side and pull Kaylee with me who is at my back.

I waited for them to walk but I they never did and so I tried to walk on the other side but suddenly they blocked it making crunch my face in annoyance.

(Are they already starting. Fuck I shouldn't have fought that bastard if I knew this would happen)

I look at them and they were smirking. A group of girls with a pointed hat on their head.

(Casters I guess, what do they want?)

"Excuse me" I said calmly when they really don't want to move or either move since we gave them a way.

"If I don't what would you do" she said challenging me.

"Glen they're one of the top students in my class" Kaylee whispered to me making me look at her.

She wears a nervous face and she nods making me look at them again.

"What do you want?" I just said to them.

(So what if they are the top students? I don't care all I want is to get to class)

They all become serious and look at me ready to fight. I just stare at them and look around.

(If we're going to fight here. It's kind of a bit risky since if they are the top students then I guess they are good) I look at them and sigh.

(We're out numbered. Five against two. Even if they are girls, they have magic considering they are top students in all Casters, I guess)

"We just want to get to class, that's all" I said calmly while looking at them in a friendly manner.

"There is no need to fight we are outnumbered and we don't want to cause any trouble here" I honestly said and I look at them and they slowly relax and look me.

"We also didn't come here to cause any trouble" the one wearing glasses said while moving forward.

(I think that she is their leader since she screams like it) I thought while looking at her cautiously.

"We just want to know if it was you who fought the elemental like they say" she said making me eye her.

I sigh (Can't they just let it go. It was just a simple duel and it's nothing important)

I look at Kaylee giving her the help-me-look but she just looks at me too and give me a it's-your-fault-so-deal-with-it-look.

"Come on everyone is waiting. I think that they also want to know if it is really you" she said.

(What do you mean everyone?)
