   I asked Celeste, “Is

there really no way?”

   Celeste said, “I am

afraid we can’t claim this when we lack documented proof… I talked with the

other Lawyers and they think the same…” I looked at Brother Ernest…

   He said, “there must

be something…. Grandpa Scott bought the property and the sellers are

scamming….”

   Celeste sat back and

said, “This happens when documented records are nonexistent…. that’s why we

should document land and valuables in our name….” she is right…

I whispered, “Ruth should have been smarter… at last she was

going to die…”

  I am annoyed.

  Celeste said, “We

have to settle this out of court…. if the other party agrees to make the papers

and give us the land…”
