Chapter 14 

Miles smiled. “Don’t worry, She won’t. She knows her ability. She won’t hold back on us if she really does need our help one day. Now, we need to concentrate on finding Alexia” Miles said. 

The both of them has disguised themselves when coming so they mixed in with the throng of people that were polling in 

and out of the school. 

“It seems that the school day is already over. Do you think that both of them already left school? We should have come earlier!” Micheal said. 

Miles shook his head. He had a feeling that neither Kayla nor Alexia has left yet. The both of them are still in this school. 

“I don’t think they’ve left. Come, let’s ask the students if they’ve seen either Kayla or Alexia! I’m sure that they are bound to know something” Miles said. 

He and Michael asked a few students but they all look shocked before they shook their heads in fear. 

Even Micheal was starting to feel that something is wrong now. All of the students seem to know something but they don’t want to say it. 

Probably because they’ve been threatened? What could really be going on? 

“Miles, what do you think is going on? These students obviously know something but they don’t want to say it. Did something happen to Alexia and Kayla?” Micheal asked. 

“I think the question should be, did Kayla do something to Alexia? She must think that it’s Alexia’s fault that we broke up with her. A vengeful person like Kayla will want to take revenge. Who knows what she will do to get her revenge? I seriously feel like I haven’t known her at all this time. She’s really kept this side of her hidden from us!” Miles said gritting his teeth. 

What he hated the most was someone lying to him and trying to fool him. 

Kayla has done both. And to think that she wants to become his Luna with all of those deceptions, he just could not stand it. 

The only reason he didn’t snap her neck when he found out about her lies was that her father is the beta. 

He didn’t want to spark a war in the pack and so he let her go! 

But if she really doesn’t know her place and she tries to hurt Alexia, he won’t show any mercy to her then. She needs to be taught a lesson! 

Miles could not forget Alexia’s eyes since yesterday. The way she looked at him…she was obviously holding back a lot of things. But she never complained. She didn’t even say a single bad word about her sister. 

Such a person…he really did not know if he should call her innocent or naive. 

“So what are we going to do now?” Micheal asked. 

“Of course, we are going to find out what the hell is going on in this school!” Miles said. He grabbed the hand of a female student that was walking past him. 

The female student was stunned. She was going home with her friend when someone grabbed her. She tried to push him away but Miles was just too strong for her. 

“Who are you?! Let me go right now! Let go of me!” The girl said. 

Her friend’s face was pale and she looked like she just wanted to run away from his situation but she still stood by her friend.

“What…what are you doing? Let go of her!” She said. 

“Oh, I’ll let go of the both of you soon. I just need to know one thing. Where’s Alexia?” Miles asked, the look on his face was able to strike fear into the hearts of anyone and the two young wolves were not an exception at all. 

But just like all the other students in the school, they seemed scared. They did not want to talk at all. 

“I don’t…we don’t know! We don’t know anything. Please let us go!” The girl who was grabbed said. 

“You don’t know or you don’t want to tell us? I don’t have all the time in the world girls. You had better tell me what happened or else….I’m sure you won’t ever be able to bear the consequences!” Miles said.. 

Since asking them nicely wasn’t going to work at all, he has to resort to threatening them. 

If they know what’s good for them, they’ll start talking now. 

The two girls gave each other a look. Then they shook their head at the same time. 

“We don’t know….we don’t know anything. I think that the both of them may have already gone home. Please let us go. We really don’t know” They were really close to tears now. 

But Miles and Micheal weren’t moved by their pity game at all. They were both determined to get to the bottom of it all. 

“Seriously? So the both of you don’t want to say anything? I see you’ve already chosen to give up your lives…..no worries…there are numerous ways for us to make sure that two young wolves suffer a lot before they die. I can assure you that your parents won’t even know what happened to you!” Micheal said. 

He could be scary too when he wants to be. 

The girls looked around them. Everyone was leaving and no one was paying attention to them. If anyone looked, it would seem as if they were just having a normal conversation. 

No one would have suspected that the two young girls will be getting threatened right now. 

They finally could not take it anymore. The second girl was the first to break down. 

“Alexia is in the school’s abandoned building! It’s in the back!” The girl said.
