Her brothers had thought her from a young age how to guage the reaction of other people and tell what they’re feeling from their reaction. It will save her from a lot of trouble and it will also give her a headstart when dealing 

with them. 

Jenna knows that Axiel is not a simple wolf. On the contrary, he is actually very smart. But she is not going to lose to him, just because he’s the alpha and he’s male. 

She is going to prove her worth and hold her stance. 

“Have you ever thought that maybe I was actually busy and wasn’t turning you down on purpose?” Jenna asked 

with a smirk on her face.

Axiel could not help but laugh. “Busy? Now what could you have been busy with?” Axiel asked. 

In his opinion, Jenna must be living the life of a pampered and sheltered princess since her brothers are the alphas. She must not have done anything herself.

“But that’s what you meant. You think that I can’t do anything myself. I must be a sheltered and pampered princess who hasn’t had to do a thing for herself since her brothers are the alphas” Jenna said. 

She really hated it when people looked down on her like this. It wasn’t that she was jealous of her brothers or anything. She just wants to prove to people that she’s not useless just because she’s female. She can still make her name for herself. She can still help her brothers! 

Axiel looked away from Jenna because he knew deep down that she’s right. He does think that way of her. 

Jenna shook her head. She wasn’t willing to continue this conversation. She knew that she won’t change his opinion of her all at once. But she will show Axiel…and everyone else, that she’s not just a pampered princess. who can’t do anything for herself. 

Jenna walked over to the sofa and sat facing Axiel. 

“I don’t think that you came all the way to our pack just to talk about this. What do you want today?” Jenna asked. 

Axiel smiled at her. “You are my mate. And sooner or later you’ll be my Luna. It’s not too much if I want to spend time with you right?” Axiel asked. 

Jenna scoffed. “Did you run out of people to spend time with? The last time I checked, as long as you want, ther will be a long line of people who will be more than willing to accompany you. What are you doing here? You should go to them” Jenna said. She really couldn’t keep the sarcasm out of her tone. 

Who does Axiel think she is? What does he take her for? He can spend all of his time with the whores that he’s having sex with and then when he’s bored, he will come looking for her? 

Axiel looked at Jenna’s puffed up face and he smiled. He believed that she is acting this way because she’s, jealous. 

“Are you watching me now Jenna? You know all about the people I’m spending time with?” Axiel asked. He had dirty grin on his face.

Go ahead and continue thinking whatever it is that you want. I’m done!” Jenna said. She is done listening to this. She should have known that it was a bad idea to entertain this man. Jenna thought that Axiel is seriously too full of himself! Does he think that she will act like all the other women who flock around him?! 

Jenna believed that she will never experience the feeling of jealousy because of Axiel.

She tried to walk away but Axiel immediately got up and grabbed her arm. He didn’t want her to leave her so 

soon.
