Ray bowed his head. He did not know what else to say. He knows that he hasn’t treated Alexia well at all these years and he felt bad for it but he really didn’t have a choice anymore. 

He has to do everything in his power to get Kayla out. He really can’t watch as his favorite daughter spends the rest of her life in a dirty cell room. 

He has to get her out. 

“Alexia, I know that you are mad but please, Kayla is your sister. You care about your family the most right? Don’t let her spend the rest of her life in a dungeon. As long as you say the word, I’m sure that Micheal and Miles will immediately let her leave” Ray said. 

He had already reduced himself to begging. He really hoped that Alexia will listen to him and help Kayla get out of jail. 

Alexia smiled to herself. She felt bad…but she is not like Kayla. 

She knows that if Kayla is the one in her position right now, she won’t even think about getting her out. 

But she isn’t Kayla. She can’t sit back and watch as her only sister stayed in the dungeon for the rest of her life. 

Especially since her father had already come to beg her, Alexia won’t be Alexia if she still refuses to help Kayla at this 

“I’m going to talk to Micheal and Miles. I’ll beg them to let go of Kayla. But Dad, this will be the last time. I won’t do something like this again. If Kayla does something wrong….I don’t think I’ll be able to help her Alexia said. 

She knows that Micheal and Miles really hate Kayla right now. 

They can let her go this time but if she messes up again, then she really won’t be able to help at all.

Ray sighed in relief after Alexia agreed to help. He couldn’t have been happier. He wasn’t bothered about Alexia’s condition. 

He thought to himself that Kayla will never get the opportunity to hurt Alexia again since she is now the mate of Micheal and Miles.

Alexia watched as her father left quickly. It turns out that he really didn’t come to visit her at all.

Ray walked out of the hospital room in high spirits. Micheal and Miles who were waiting outside caught the happy smile that was on his face immediately he walked out. 

They both knew then that Ray had gotten what he came looking for. He had successfully manipulated Alexia into doing what he wants.

He couldn’t stand the way Ray and Kayla treats Alexia. 

After spending a few day’s in the hospital with her, he could already see the kind of girl that she is. 

And he felt more and more drawn to her whenever he looked at her. He could already feel himself getting attached to her and developing feelings for her, so it hurt him immensely when Alexia was manipulated and used so badly by the people 

she cares about. 

Ray’s face went red with embarrassment. He realized that Micheal was right. 

Even if he didn’t want to, he should have at least stayed behind and spent some time with Alexia, especially since she already gave him what he came looking for. 

He felt horrible so he turned to enter the hospital room again but Miles stopped him. 

“What are you doing? You’re going back because Micheal mentioned it? Just how pathetic can you get?” Miles asked. He did not hide the disgust in his voice when he talked to Ray. 

He shared the same sentiments as Michael concerning Alexia’s family. These people aren’t her family members, they are just blood suckers! 

Ray was upset. He really hated how Micheal and Miles were talking to him. 

Even if they are now the Alphas, they are still young wolves compared to him besides, he was their father’s beta. Can’t they give him some respect?
