The man appeared from behind Isabella all of a sudden, causing her to be quite startled. Even Shawn squinted his eyes.
Looking at her boss, the female secretary consciously stepped aside.
The smile on Shawn's face suddenly deepened as he said: "Mr. Miller, you shouldn't have specifically come to send me off, should you?"
Isabella then greeted him stiffly, "Mr. Miller."
As if Christian hadn't seen her, he directly walked to Shawn and said with a smile, "I came here to send off a friend and coincidentally saw you, Mr. Simons. If I knew you were going back today, I would have treat you a drink last night no matter what."
Looking at them, Isabella stood at the side pretending to be invisible.
They were indeed the men who could hold up the sky in this industry. Their words and deeds were unfathomable. She had been working for three years, whereas she couldn't even reach a tenth of the shrewdness of them.
With a polite smile, Shawn patted his shoulder casually and said: "You're being too polite. If I go to Leeds some day, you'd have the chance."
"Sure. I'm just afraid you won't have enough time, Mr. Simons." Christian said with a collected and calm expression.
Shawn laughed. His gentle and refined temperament made people feel nothing could disturb his emotions, "I heard about your company's issues recently, and I just found out Soaring Group was behind it. Don’t mind, and I will deal with it for you."
Looking at him, Christian smiled faintly, "You're being too serious on it, Mr. Simons. The point of a cooperation is that both sides are consensual. It was them who abandoned Polygon and turned to Soaring, what should I even cared about that? I'm just quite envious of those talents from your group, Mr. Simons, who seem to be more insightful than those in Polygon. I'll let my staff learn from them later on."
The Soaring Group?
