Chapter 651 Karima Suma
The woman speaking was dressed in a black suit paired with a white shirt, which showed off her well-proportioned and slender figure. Her straight legs added to her elegance.
With her small face and the addition of sunglasses, the woman looked even more delicate and refined. One could see from the bottom half of her face that she was a beautiful woman.
Unlike most Australia women, the woman’s expression and gait both revealed a cold, aloof demeanor.
John thought that this woman had a similar vibe to Queenie.
John silently scanned the woman and quickly looked away. He lifted his baseball bat and prepared to hit Alice behind again.
“I told you to let Alice go!”
The woman with sunglasses, visibly became anxious. Several black-clad bodyguards behind her immediately stepped forward, staring emotionlessly at John.
It seemed that if John dared to make a move, they would not hesitate to act.
“Why do you care about me teaching my girlfriend a lesson? What’s it to you?”
John swung his bat again, infuriating the woman. She ordered the black-clad bodyguards, “Quick! Take this
scoundrel down!”
The black-clad bodyguards quickly approached, ready to take action, but suddenly Alice struggled a few times, stood up, and said, “It’s a misunderstanding, Karima. John was just kidding around with me!”
She smiled and went forward to give Karima Suma a big hug.
John hadn’t really hit Alice hard. Although it looked fierce, it didn’t hurt her at all.
How could John really hurt Alice?
Karima took off her sunglasses and said, “Alice, is this man really your boyfriend?”
She spoke fluently in the local language, having studied in the US.
Alice glanced at John, then nodded and said, “Sort of!”
Since none of her other friends were around, he had to be so.
“Let me introduce you. This is John, and this is my good friend, Karima.” Alice turned around and brought
John over to Karima to make introductions.
“Hello!”
Karima knew it was a misunderstanding, so she gracefully extended her pale hand and lightly shook John’s hand, saying, “I saw you knock down five or six people with your moves just now. Not bad.”
When John was teaching Tagal’s group a lesson, Karima happened to be walking over and saw him knock
down several people with ease. She was impressed.
“I’m just average. My moves wouldn’t be considered anything special in the US,” John modestly replied.
“I know,” Karima nodded.
John’s expression was a bit odd.
He thought he was just being modest, but Karima actually agreed with him. She looked serious and didn’t seem like she was deliberately targeting him.
John was curious and thought she might have been the so-called straight woman who exhibited traditional, conservative attitudes and behaviors.
Alice noticed John’s strange expression and smiled, saying, “That’s just Karima’s personality. She means no harm. You’ll get used to her.”
