Married to the Boss: A Love in Disguise Chapter 109

Lumma didn’t know that Adam was looking at her all the time. Seeing the thin blanket on her body slip, he gently pulled it up and covered her again.

After more than two hours, they arrived at Hanton City. They went straight to

Grandview Garden. Grandview Garden was a high-end multi-functional area

integrating business, entertainment, and vacation in Hanton City.

The team from Hills Group lived in five villas, Lauma and Leonard lived in a villa with

Adam.

The villa had three floors. Adam lived on the top floor. Lumma and Leonard lived on the

second floor.

When Lumma put her luggage in the room, she received a call from Adam. “Come with

me to meet someone.

“Mr. Hills, who are we going to meet? Should I prepare some materials?” The people who participated in this conference were all top figures in the industry. The company

leaders had scheduled their meetings. But according to Adam’s schedule, he had no

meeting today.

Adam said, “No need. We are going to have lunch with the person.”

“Okay.” Lumma tidied up briefly and was about to go to Adam. But when she opened the

door, she saw Adam standing at the door and waiting for her.

He was the president of Hills Group. But now, he was waiting for his assistant. Lumma

was panicked. “I’m sorry for the delay, Mr. Hills!”

Adam called her name in a low voice, “Lumma.”

Lumma nodded. “Mr. Hills, is something the matter?”

The car drove into a yard. Adam and Lumma got off. He stretched out to hold her hand naturally. Lumma was so scared that she wanted to shake his hand off. But she failed to

do it. “Mr. Hills, this… this is inappropriate.

Adam held her hand tightly. “I’m sorry. Please cooperate with me. Otherwise, old Mr. White will find something wrong.

Lumma asked suspiciously, “Old Mr. White?”

Adam patiently explained, “Yes. He is ninety-two years old, so I call him old Mr. White.

He is very shrewd. If we give the show away, he can see something is wrong.”

Since Lumma had already agreed to play his wife, she would do it well.

She stopped struggling and let Adam hold her hand.

Adam’s palm was big and warm. He could completely wrap her hand in his palm. It made Lumma feel warm in winter.

“Adam, you finally come to see me!” A gray-haired man walked toward Adam and Lumma with a warm smile. “She is your wife, right? I always thought what kind of girl will not be compared to you, I finally saw her today.”
