Yanis immediately said when they sat down, “I have heard about the meeting. Charlotte, you are amazing!"

It was her first time to hear Yanis to praise her, Charlotte said with embarrassment, “Not at all."

“I thought you would cried by being bullied. But you fought back on the first day in an amazing way. Now the supervisor and all those who tried to see your joke will be angry.”

Charlotte, “......" she said in worry, “Now there are so many people in the company who want to see me make a fool of myself. If you stay with me, I will drag you."

Yanis said in a careless manner, “Never mind, I am a member of the financial department, and my father is the supervisor of the financial department, they dare not do anything to me."

Charlotte, “Really?"

She wrinkled her eyebrows and looked back to see Arthur walking towards her. He carried a cup of coffee and put it in front of Charlotte. "Well...What's your name again?"

When Arthur wanted to call her, he found that he did not know her name, because she was demoted, and did not go through the formal procedures, so there was no record of any file.

Charlotte gave him a cold look. She did not answer his question, but glanced at the cup of coffee.

"What do you want to see me about?"

The supervisor rubbed his hands and said with a smile, "It doesn't matter if you don't tell me your name. You are new here, so I'll call you Lillie."

Charlotte, “......" What was Lillie related to her new arrival?

"You can call me Wilson."

She did not want to tell her name to the man with the bad intention who had tried to harm her that morning.

"Wilson? Wilson sounds good!" Smiling, Arthur took a step forward and pointed to the cup of coffee. "I brought it for you. Drink it now."

Charlotte, “Supervisor, what do you want to see me about?"

"Nothing serious." Arthur rubbed his hands and approached her with a few steps. Charlotte's face slightly changed, she hurriedly retreated a few steps to keep a distance with him. And then looking at his obscene face, Charlotte suddenly understood his intention.

She stood where she was and said coldly, "Don't come here!"

Being shouted by her, Arthur stood at the same spot He was not angry, but fixed his eyes on her fair and tender arm and thin neck lustfully.

"Actually, you came here because you have been demoted, and you have offended a lot in the company before. Everybody wants to see you make a fool of yourself and tries to hurt you. You know Jessica in the design department, right? She asked me to ‘take good care’ of you before you came, do you understand me?"

Charlotte said nothing.

Arthur then said, "But I think their behavior is really malicious. How could they harm a lovely girl like you? They like Mr. Kennedy, but they had no way to get close to him, but had a chance."

These words made Charlotte frown, “What do you want to say?"

"I just want to protect you. I didn't listen to what Jessica told me. What happened this morning was a pure accident. But, Wilson, I promise you it will never happen again.”
