Late at night
Nathan drove his car to the airport to receive them.
His hair was unkempt and with dark circles under his eyes, he looked tired and haggard.
He had not slept for many days.
Ever since Kennedy began to go after Alice, almost all the work was on his shoulder.
His salary had been multiplied.
But Nathan felt older these days.
If it went on like this, he thought he would die young.
He hoped Kennedy would be with Alice soon, so he could be less toss about.
Nathan saw two familiar figures in the exit.
They were Kennedy and Alice.
Nathan’s eyes became bright, pushed open the door and came to meet them.
"Mr. Kennedy."
Seeing that Alice was in the arms of Kennedy, Nathan felt they were back together.
After getting in the car, Alice fell to sleep in the arms of Kennedy. And she took out her identity card to Kennedy, "send me to the hotel, it is too late to disturb them."
Kennedy took it and had a look, and then showed a faint smile.
"Don't want to disturb them? Shall I take you to another place?"
Alice was in a daze and nodded, "Ok..."
Nathan quietly looked at this scene through the rearview mirror, and then blinked his eyes, whispered to Kennedy.
"Mr. Kennedy, what is going on?"
"Go to her community."
Nathan nodded and then started the car. He could not help but secretly looked at the two behind. He found that Kennedy had been taking care of Alice, and Alice did not resist but slept leaning on him.
Maybe they really made up.
"Drive well."
A cold voice suddenly came, which drew Nathan’s thought back. He then looked forward.
Kennedy put away the id card.
There were a few cars at night and Nathan drove fast. When they arrived at the destination, Nathan opened the door for Kennedy, and then Kennedy got off the car holding Alice in arms.
It was the community Alice lived.
Nathan coughed and asked in a low voice, "Mr. Kennedy, didn't Mrs. Moore say she is not going back to the community? How do you..."
"Why?" Kennedy took a look at him, "I have no house in the community?"
Nathan instantly shut up, Yes, Mr. Kennedy had bought a house in the opposite door of Mrs. Moore. Maybe that was where Mr. Kennedy took her this evening.
Anyway, they had made up and Nathan had no reason to say anything. He just nodded and went up to open the elevator for them.
After they got into the elevator, Nathan turned and left the community.
But before entering the elevator, Nathan couldn't help looking across the room and thinking that the girl lived there, he shook his head and left.

"Yanis, mommy’s flight is at five o'clock yesterday evening, but I waited for her all night, how come I can’t see her now?"
