Felicity’s mind was a mess, and she realized that she had not been herself last night.

She figured that she was not drunk, as she did not blackout. In fact, she could remember a lot of things very clearly.

She just realized that she had some feelings for Vermont, yet she did all those things in front of him. She just could not accept it!

She clenched the bedsheet and softly asked, “Was there something wrong with the drink I had yesterday?”

Vermont nodded. “Someone spiked the drink. It was originally for Stella, but you took the fall for her.” He was a little upset in his heart, but he said, “I’ll take you to the hospital for a checkup later.”

“Is Stella okay?” Felicity immediately asked.

Vermont scoffed. “She’s a lot smarter than you. She knows not to drink something offered by a stranger. But you, you downed it all! If it weren’t for me, you would’ve hooked up with any guy on the street!”

Felicity was speechless.
