“You got shoved into the river, and she jumped right in after you without hesitation. You were missing, and she wasn’t doing any better either. She had a high fever for three consecutive days and was covered in frostbite!

“You were nowhere to be found, and she did not know what to do. She even turned to divine intervention, scaling a steep mountain just to carve your name on a stone, believing it would bring you back safely!” Marshall continued.

“Enough…” Stella’s voice wavered as she spoke softly.

Marshall’s expression stayed stern, but his tone grew more emotional, “The path to the summit is only about 12 inches wide. One wrong step, and she could’ve died! You refused to come out of hiding for the sake of luring out the person behind your kidnapping. And now you’re asking where she was during your disappearance? You should be grateful she’s alive! Seeing things unfold, Dahlia realized that Keegan genuinely did not remember Stella. Not just that, but he probably did not recall many other things, like when he kicked her out of the Kane residence and when she drugged Stella, causing her infertility.
