Mr. Williams Wants His Ex-Wife Back novel Chapter 73

"Justin, did you fight with Adam?"

Pulling Justin into the lounge, Ruth immediately questioned him.

Both Justin and Adam had injuries on their faces. However, Adam's injury was not as obvious as Justin's, but it could still be seen. In addition, just now at the dinner table, the two of them opened fierce verbal fire at each other. Ruth and Louis could naturally see that these two were not getting along. Besides, Ruth knew that Justin liked Rebecca, so she guessed something happened between Justin and Adam.

"Fight?!" When Louis heard this, his face immediately darkened. He looked at Justin and said, "Justin, when you came back from studying abroad, you refused to enter the company. Instead, you study further at the School of Economics at New York University. Is it because of Rebecca?"

Justin was bombarded with his parents' questions and sat on the sofa in a fretful manner. He said calmly, "Yes, I like Rebecca. I went to the New York University for her."

Ruth looked at Justin, sighed helplessly, walked over, sat down beside him, and advised. "Son, it's not wrong for you to like Rebecca in the past. But she is now Adam's wife. Don't waste your feelings anymore, and don't cause trouble for Rebecca, okay?"

"Justin, let me tell you, if you continue to study, I won't object. If you have a crush on a woman, I won't object either!" Louis stood there. Because of his military service and the fact that he was under fifty, he had an air of authority about him. He warned in a deep voice, "But if you dare to do anything with Rebecca to embarrass the Williams Family and for them to come after us, I will never let you off easily."

"Adam is an asshole. He doesn't like Rebecca at all. He has a mistress, and he just considered Rebecca as a tool to lie to Arthur." Justin glared back at Louis and shouted angrily.

"That's none of your business. Rebecca is now a member of the Williams Family. Can you control what the people of the Williams Family do to her?" Louis was also angry, shouting and questioning.

He was satisfied with his son, Justin. Although he was still reluctant to join the company and learn how to manage the company's affairs, at least he didn't have the bad habits of other rich fops, and he was always low-key and introverted. But today, the thing relating to Rebecca really made Louis mad.

Justin sneered. "Before Rebecca is their daughter-in-law in the Williams Family, she was my classmate, my friend, and now she still is."

"From now on, you are not allowed to have any romantic relationship with her, and you are not allowed to cause trouble because of her. Do you hear me?" Annoyed, Louis warned loudly again.

Justin looked at Louis and sneered. He turned his head away and ignored Louis.

"Justin, I know that you like Rebecca, but she's married. I can tell that Rebecca likes Adam very much. Just listen to your father and don't cause trouble. Otherwise, if you embarrass the Williams Family, it will only hurt us. You don't want me and your father's decades of hard work to be ruined because of you alone, do you?" Ruth, who worried about Justin, pulled him along, not beating or scolding him or warning him, but only talking nicely to him.

She knew that her own son was not an unreasonable person, not to mention that he was not a child, and he knew a lot of things.

Justin sat there, silent for a moment. Then, he took a deep breath and nodded, "Mom, don't worry. I know what to do."

"Since you know it, you can't just say that at the table." Ruth talked to Justin lovingly.
