Mr. Williams Wants His Ex-Wife Back novel Chapter 87

When Justin arrived at the hospital, Rebecca had already been sent to the emergency room. However, after a while, the door of the emergency room was pushed open from inside and the doctor came out.

"Doctor, how's my girlfriend?" Seeing the doctor come out, Justin immediately rushed over to ask.

"Oh, there's nothing serious with the patient. It's just that her blood sugar is too low and she fainted. I'll arrange for an intravenous injection of glucose." The doctor answered as he took the mask.

Justin heaved a sigh of relief and quickly nodded. "Thank you, doctor. Thank you so much."

The doctor smiled and walked away to continue his work.

Immediately, Rebecca was pushed into a temporary ward and injected with glucose.

Justin stood by the bedside and looked at Rebecca, whose face was so pale that it was almost transparent, and the dried tears on her cheeks. His brows gradually furrowed and he could not tell what it felt like.

It was just that he suddenly felt so powerless.

If he could have confessed to Rebecca in the first year of postgraduate study and made Rebecca his girlfriend, Rebecca wouldn't have married Adam, and led such a bad life like this.

Now that Rebecca was the daughter-in-law of the Williams Family, he couldn't even stay by her side.

"Justin."

Just as Justin was staring blankly at Rebecca, she slowly opened her eyes and woke up.

"You're awake!" Justin was surprised and immediately grabbed Rebecca's hand.

"Why are your hands so cold?" However, with this grip, Justin could not help but tremble and frown even more fiercely. "Rebecca, what happened? How did you make yourself like this?"

Rebecca looked at him calmly, lying on the bed. Inexplicably, her tears quickly gathered up in her eyes and slid down from the corner of her eyes.

"Justin, I'm so cold, so cold..."

Justin looked at her and was heartbroken.

She said she was cold. Rebecca said she was cold!

What should he do? How should he warm Rebecca and comfort her?

Immediately, Justin took off his coat and shoes. Then, he lifted the quilt and lay on the bed. Carefully, he took Rebecca into his arms and hugged her tightly. He warmed her slowly with his body.

"Are you still cold? Is this better?" Holding Rebecca tightly, Justin lowered his head and kissed her on the top of her hair, asking her softly.

Rebecca trembled and shrank into his arms. "Cold, still cold..."

Justin looked down at the person in his arms. He felt heartache and his tears fell. He held Rebecca more tightly in his arms, kissed her on the top of her hair, and asked in a hoarse voice, "How about this? Is it better?"

"Mmm..." Rebecca nodded gently and let out a faint sound from her nose. Then, she buried her face deep in Justin's neck and slowly closed her eyes.

"Rebecca, don't sleep. Don't sleep. Let me talk to you, OK?" Justin kissed the top of her hair, tears streaming down his face.

Rebecca shook her head. "Justin, I'll just sleep for a while. I'll be fine soon..."

Outside the half-open ward, Adam stood there, watching everything happened in the ward. He heard all Rebecca's trembling words, and at some point, his face was full of tears.

He wanted to step forward. He wanted to walk in, pull Justin off the bed, and hold Rebecca in his arms.
