Arno was stunned. He glanced at her, hesitant, but then he quickly nodded.
Dora stepped forward, knocked on the door, and shouted at the room, "Baby, the dinner will be cold soon. I know you are hungry, come out to eat, okay?"
There was a rustling sound from inside the house, but the door remained closed.
Dora didn't give in, but continued, "Look, auntie has been busy for one day, my stomatch screams now. Come out to eat with auntie, okay? Or auntie's stomatch will ache. The doctor will take me to the hospital, how pity I am!"
It was still silent in the room. But after a while, the door opened, revealing a small head.
Arno was a little surprised.
In the past, if this little guy got angry, he needed to use over one week to cool the guy down.
The whole family members had no other way.
But unexpectedly, this woman named Dora could make Andy compromise with just two sentences.
Arno couldn't help but look at the woman next to him.
Dora didn't notice his eyesight, but pick up Andy, saying, "Good Andy, come, let's have dinner."
Andy nodded without even looking at his dad, sat back in the chair and prepared to eat.
Seeing Arno standing there still without saying any opposed words, Dora asked him by the way, "Has Mr. Jones had dinner? How about eating with us?"
She didn't have the intention to invite him, but for the politeness. However, Arno replied, "Thanks." Then he walked forward.
Dora was stunned, surprising of his direct.
Fortunately, she cooked a little more tonight. So Dora went to take a set of tableware. "If you don't like this, we can go out for dinner."
Arno calmly took a piece of ribs and put it into his mouth, "It tastes good."
Dora breathed a sigh of relief.
The atmosphere was somewhat awkward during the meal time, especially there was a man opposite.
Fortunately, Andy sat beside Dora, which made Dora busy during the meal time. She would peel him the shrimps and feed him dishes. So the embarrassment faded away soon.
After the meal, Dora cleaned up the table and made tea for the father and son. She thought they would leave after the tea.
