My dear lawyer novel Chapter 455

Vivian looked at him with alert, knowing nothing good would happen.

However, his words were hardly avoidable.

William chuckled, "You told me John loved you so much and would do anything for you. Then let's see how deep his love is?"

"What do you want to do, William?" Vivian suddenly glared at him and said, "I am warning you. Don't do anything to John. He has a tough time and you shouldn’t force him."

William sneered and felt more jealous of John.

Why should he break the rules again and again because of Vivian? Was he being too gentle to her?

Or should he be more dominant?

William's eyes got cold like being covered in frost. He replied to Vivian in a cold voice, "Well, are you afraid? Vivian, you’re afraid, aren't you? You are afraid that your present happiness is just an illusion and John doesn't love you as you expected. Right?"

Vivian bit her lip and said, "William, don't push me. I have told you that my relationship with John is none of your business. Just mind your own business."

"Interesting! Then you also shouldn't interfere with my business!" William sneered.

William didn't say anything afterwards.

They remained silence on the way. After sending Vivian to the hospital, they didn't talk to each other.

Luckily, Vivian suffered only cuts and bruises. However, the hurts looked scary and shocking in the nurse's eyes.

Especially seeing Vivian come in with William, the nurse looked at Vivian sympathetically, but didn't dare to say anything.

Vivian didn't notice her expression because she was in a bad mood.

The young nurse didn't start talking until William went out to pick up his phone, "Well. You should be careful when finding a boyfriend. You shouldn't be perplexed by their outlook. Your boyfriend was handsome, but it was true that he mistreated you. When this kind of thing happens once, it will happen next time. So, you have to take care of yourself."

Vivian was in a daze. After realizing what the nurse meant, she smiled.

William was an abuser?

However, Vivian morbidly liked the feeling of being sympathized.

Vivian shook her head and answered, "He didn't do anything to me. You are wrong about him."

"Ok, fine." The nurse thought she just didn’t dare to tell her the truth and stopped asking.

When Vivian was ready to leave, the nurse warned her again, "Miss Vivian, if you really need help, please remember to call the police."

She nodded to the nurse to express her gratitude for her suggestion.

William wrinkled after hanging up the phone. However, when he heard the last words the nurse said, his eyebrows released, "Call the police? Are you going to sue Mrs. Reina?"

Vivian glanced at him and said, "The nurse suspects that you abused me and advices me to sue you."

They had already left the ward and William looked back with an incredible expression. Then, he turned around and suddenly smiled.

Vivian looked at him and felt strange.

"One of the conditions for domestic abuse is that we have the relationship on a family basis." William claimed.

Vivian glazed, glanced at him, and kept walking.

William smiled and was in a good mood.

However, he reminded of something when they reached the gate of the hospital.

"With your hurts, do you think any driver wants to get into trouble and picked you up?" William wrinkled.

Vivian shook her phone in front of him and said, "So you mean you want to take me home?"

"To John's place?" William's voice sounded a bit angry.

Vivian shook her head, "Well, it's going to be our home!"

"Well, home!" William left without turning back.

Seeing William's bustling figure, Vivian smiled ironically.
