My Dear Mr. Nice novel Chapter 41

Chapter 40 : Your clothes are not worth 590,000 euros!

Micaela tidied up the house and took Carlos' expensive change of clothes to the dry cleaners before hurrying to the place where she had arranged to meet Ana.

They met at Dream de Dragon.

It is a sprawling building of over ten floors, the largest shopping mall in Teladia! It's upscale and tastefully decorated, with areas for clothing and footwear, handbags and jewelry, beauty and skin care, electronics and digital products, and even a food court. In short, it's a shopper's paradise for girls.

Micaela looked around a couple of times, but didn't see Ana, so she pulled out her cell phone and called her.

The phone had broken and was not working, so Micaela was unable to dial the number after several attempts.

Next to the flower shop was a coffee shop and there was a large crowd at the entrance.

Micaela did not see Ana and was about to leave when she heard Ana's familiar voice.

-It was you who suddenly stood up and bumped into me!

Micaela hurried to turn around. Indeed, wasn't it Ana who was surrounded by people and wearing a lavender dress?

Micaela approached and saw that in front of Ana was a well-dressed woman with a beautiful figure.

"The dress she was wearing was so familiar..."

Micaela looked at this woman's dress and frowned slightly.

There was a large light brown stain on the thigh of the white dress, which should have been simply wiped off with a tissue.

-Ana, what's wrong?

Micaela came to her senses and approached Ana, inquiring.

Seeing Micaela, Ana sensed that one of her own had finally arrived and hurried to explain once again.

-Micaela, you're just in time, I went in to pack my milk tea, and as I was about to leave, this pretty girl suddenly got up and knocked over my milk tea without apology, but actually blamed me?

-Hey, what are you talking about, what do you mean you're to blame! Do you know how much Katarina's outfit cost?

The girl in the stained dress said nothing, but the other short-haired woman next to her screamed.

It was then that Micaela noticed that the marble floor beneath her feet showed signs of having been recently cleaned.

The cafeteria manager rushed over, a man in his forties, wearing a black suit, anxious to know what had happened.

People looking around joined in the explanation.

-This pretty girl who was buying milk tea was walking here when another pretty girl suddenly turned around and knocked it over!

-The milk tea even spilled some on that pretty girl's skirt!

-The girl who bought the milk tea apologized at first, but that beauty wouldn't let her go?

-Yeah, and the woman with the short hair just cursed extra loud!

-Hey!

The short-haired woman stormed forward angrily, her eyes wide.

-Fuck! How much does a cup of milk tea cost her, and Katarina's dress costs enough for centuries of milk tea! Who has the most to lose, you say?

The person being contradicted backs down.

Anna, hearing how righteous she was, couldn't help but be a little frightened too and lowered her voice.

-Even if it was my fault, I've already apologized!

Ana said, and looked at Micaela with aggression in her eyes.

-Is an apology enough? If apologies would work, why do you need the police?

-You... -Anna was too angry to say anything.

-How about this, let's leave a contact and follow up on how much this clothes cleaning cost, we'll pay you back.

Micaela took Ana's hand comfortingly and looked at the girl who hadn't spoken and said.

-Well, that makes sense.

-Yes, it's just a little thing, why bother so much!

-Let's each take a step back!
