My Disabled CEO Stood up And Kissed Me (Natalie) novel Chapter 56

Chapter 56 Grace's Disdain for Kendrick

Grace debunked, "These are all the cubilose left in the kitchen, and Mr. Ramsey doesn't like to eat such food much."

Natalie glanced at her and said, "Are you going to change them for me or not?"

Grace did not concede. "Mr. Ramsey is a junior and should give way to the elders."

Natalie wanted to ask if Brett and Maggie were here, whether Grace would still dare to say so.

Grace felt that Natalie was annoying and continued indifferently, "If you think we are treating Mr. Ramsey differently, I will explain to him myself. Mr. Ramsey has a good temper and will not care about these things."

Hearing this, Natalie thought with anger, "He has a good temper and doesn't care about all this?

How dare she say that?

I'm really on the verge of a flare-up.

I can't stand it anymore!

These people disdain him at home because he has a good temper, or say, he is too sensible. It is obvious that they treat him differently, but they even look like they have done nothing wrong."

Grace's explanation was to go to Kendrick and say that because he didn't seem to like cubilose very much, so she hadn't prepared it for him.

Kendrick would naturally not tangle in such matters.

Or he was already used to it.

He knew the nature of these people well.

That was why he seldom came back.

Grace glanced coldly at Natalie and paid no further attention to her. She turned and ordered the cooks, "Is the cassava and sweet potato congee for Mr. Seth ready? Hurry up!"

Hearing this, Natalie said in her heart, "Cassava and sweet potato congee?

Elderly people have bad intestines. They should eat less cassava and other similar food to avoid intestinal flatulence."

Natalie stood in place.

"But what does it have to do with me?" she sneered in her mind.

She then went out with the two bowls of milky cubilose.

At that moment, Seth and Nancy were already sitting at the dinner table.

Only Melvin was not there.

Seth asked, "Melvin fell in the kitchen last night. Is he alright?"

"Really? He is not supposed to be so careless." Nancy smiled lightly. "Dad, don't worry. He's probably alright, otherwise he would have already called 911. After all, when he was a kid, he would cry in front of you all day with just a cut in his hand."

Seth looked upstairs and said nothing.

After a while, Grace came up with a bowl of cassava and sweet potato congee.

Seth asked, "Who cleaned the kitchen last night?"

"Me," said Grace.

"You should have checked more carefully!" Seth scolded, "Melvin slipped in the kitchen last night."

"But nobody enters the kitchen except me," Grace was still quibbling.

Kendrick said, "Grace, you should check everywhere in the Ramsey's mansion in the evening. Do not repeat last night, for everyone's sake and your own safety. After all, you've aged, too. Be careful and take notes of things that are easy to forget."

Unconsciously, the blame shifted to Grace.

Grace didn't know what to say and could only nod.

Kendrick kept his eyes on the cubilose in front of him.

Meanwhile, he thought, "Look at its quality.

How dare she try to fool me?"

Seth waved his hand, motioning Grace to go.

He was fidgety and frowning.

He slowly ate the congee, and after a while, he felt uncomfortable in his stomach, with a feeling of flatulence.

Natalie saw at a glance that he did not look well.

"What's wrong, Grandpa? Are you sick?"

Seth laid his hand on the table and frowned tightly. "My stomach hurts a little."

Natalie didn't expect the flatulence to act up so quickly.

It was supposed to be a probabilistic event.

However, once it happened, it was 100%.
