"You know it, so be more smart!" Page snorted lightly.
"And what? Who's going to believe you?" Sienna was unafraid, devoid of any sense of fear, with a face that wore a cold, disdainful smile. "This is just your usual strategy. Do you think anyone would believe these baseless rumors? Not everyone is as gullible as you. Your talent and abilities are not that impressive; no one really respects you."
Sienna, indifferent to Page's reaction, picked up a damp towel, wiping her hands, looking at Page with icy detachment.
This angered Page beyond measure. She raised her hand, ready to slam it down on the table, but then she remembered they weren't at the Armstrong family home or any familiar location, but instead were at the Simpson's mansion.
Page didn't want to upset the Simpson family or let Talia, or any of the Simpson family's servants, witness her aggression. So, she softly lowered her hand onto the table, her voice laden with suppressed fury. "Sienna, having friends like you is Camille's misfortune. You don't realize you're harming her. We're family, and you're just an outsider. I'm telling you, as Camille's mother, stay away from her."
Page sternly ordered Sienna to stop interacting with Camille. It might have been very hurtful for a daughter's friend if spoken by a normal mother. But coming from Page, Sienna was not moved.
Not only was she unaffected, but she even showed a smile and replied, "Sorry, Mrs. Armstrong, you have no authority over this. You can't control Camille's friendships. If you want to control who Camille befriends, maybe you shouldn't have sent her away in the first place. Then you could control her, just like you control Grace."
Sienna knew Grace's character and had interactions with her. She couldn't help but speak up for Grace.
However, this casual remark sparked Page's attention.
Page disregarded whether Sienna was merely defending Grace or had information about Grace's whereabouts. She believed Sienna knew where Grace was based on her knowledge of Grace's current location.
Page abruptly stood from her chair, towering over Sienna, demanding, "Do you know where Grace is? Did she contact you? Did you instruct her not to contact us? Tell me! Is it you?"
Page was highly agitated, making Sienna slightly startled.
Page, interpreting Sienna's silence as confirmation, moved closer and stared at her inquisition, saying, "Sienna, did you abduct Grace? Did you tell her not to contact me? Tell me, where are you hiding her?"
Page blocked Sienna's way, questioning her like an enraged lion. This momentarily left Sienna somewhat unresponsive, but she had no intention of arguing with Page. She simply said, "I don't know what you're talking about. If your daughter isn't contacting you, maybe you should reflect on whether you have a reason for it."
Sienna didn't want to continue wasting her time on this person. She had realized that Page was like a ticking time bomb, ready to explode at any moment. It was almost as if she were crazy.
Sienna rose to leave, but Page blocked her path, making it impossible for her to exit.
Sienna expressed her frustration, saying, "Could you please move aside?"
Page, of course, refused to budge. Her tone became even more agitated and louder as she interrogated, "Tell me, where is Grace? Where are you hiding Grace?"
