Jenny bit her lip. Her heartbeat sped up.
Had Joe told Rowan about what happened? Did he really want her to be looked on with disdain by everyone else? How could he be so cruel?
She was extremely pale as she shook her head. Jenny said, "Are you regretting your decision to be with me. If that's the case, you should leave right now."
Rowan stepped on the brakes and roared, "You met Joe once and now you want to break up with me? Am I nothing more than a spare to you? Is that the truth? Have you seen how Joe treats her?"
Jenny was terrified. Then, she figured out what was going on.
Joe must've taken heed of her words. He hadn't told Rowan about it. If not, Rowan would be reacting in a starkly different way. He behaved like he used to when she ignored him in favor of Joe.
Her eyes darted around. Then, she said, "In that case, why did you ask me whether I'm keeping something from you?"
"I keep feeling like…" Rowan frowned. The way Joe and Skylar had treated Jenny seemed rather off.
Then, he halted his confusion in its tracks. He sighed, "I feel like you didn't date me because you genuinely like me."
Jenny relaxed entirely after hearing that. She said, "How could that be? You know my personality. When I hadn't realized I liked you, I'd never agreed to be together with you. After I realized it, I sought you out. Of course I like you, Rowan. Not only do I like you, I love you dearly."
Rowan was overjoyed to hear that.
He stared at Jenny intently and pleaded, "Say that again! Jenny, say that once more!"
Jenny beamed. Rowan was reflected in her eyes. She exclaimed, "I said, I love you, Rowan! You're the person I love the most in the world! Listen here, Rowan. We will be together for the rest of our lives. In the future, you mustn't abandon me no matter what happens!"

The readers' comments on the novel: My Flash Romance With the Richest Mogul
Is the author going to finally portray Skylark as a brave woman who can argue and communicate like a normal person in this real world? Hoping so.......
I don't like this story portraying Skylark's personality as too weak, too naive, Can't even defend herself Like accepting every humiliation from Vera's schemes and injustice without saying anything or doing anything. I wonder who is the protagonist in this novel, Vera or Skylark....
