My Four Miraculous Treasures novel Chapter 306

What was Jasper doing here?

Tristan was still in the restroom.

What if Tristan came out later and called Willow his mother, and Jasper was still there…

Willow subconsciously took a deep breath.

She could barely speak. "Mr. Hughes, what a coincidence. You're here to use the restroom too…"

Jasper looked deep into her eyes. "Are you here to use the men's restroom too?"

"Oh, yeah. Wait, no. I just came out from the restroom next door…" Willow panicked on the inside. She was worried Tristan would come out now.

She nodded reflexively. After a second, she realized what she had done and quickly corrected herself.

After realizing she was standing in front of the men's restroom, she immediately started explaining. "I overheard gossip about a man getting a woman pregnant with quadruplets. He even abandoned them. I was curious who the man was. That's why I came over to eavesdrop."

Jasper's facial expression turned gloomy. He raised his brows a little. "Did you enjoy the eavesdropping?"

Willow shook her head. "Not exactly. I just couldn't believe this man was such a jerk! Women like me hate jerks."

Jasper grabbed her arm and dragged her away from the restroom.

She thought he would lead her to the shopping mall, but he dragged her into an empty corridor.

Not a single person was around, and it was rather dim and quiet. There was an eerie sensation.

Willow felt pain in her wrist, and she was about to complain.

Jasper let go of her wrist before pressing her against the wall. He pressed one hand against the wall by her ear and leaned forward. He breathed against the back of her ear. "Are you interested in other people's children?"

The back of Willow's ear was very sensitive. She felt a tingling sensation from the warmth of his breath.

It itched so badly that she curled up her shoulders. "Mr. Hughes, you've misunderstood…"

He pinched her chin and lifted her face up so that she had to face him. "Why don't you give me a try…"
