My Heart only Beats for You (Natalie Godfrey) novel Chapter 2325

Sheldon said, "Mr. Tremaine didn't go to the President's Office and I couldn't reach his phone either. That's why I thought about coming to Quartley Palace to look for him.

Madam Quartley's heart sank.

She was so sure that Tremaine wouldn't abandon his post for Yesseca and would have gone to the President's Office early in that morning. She hadn't thought to check on him...

Five minutes later, Madam Quartley and Sheldon arrived at Tremaine's bedroom.

Tremaine was still sleeping.

Madam Quartley was shocked and angry at the same time. "What's going on? Tremaine has been asleep since yesterday afternoon until now! Is this really his downfall!?"

Madam Quartley shouted loudly, "Tremaine, get up right now!"

Although Madam Quartley's voice was loud and clear, Tremaine did not budge.

Sheldon quickly stepped forward and walked towards Tremaine. He said, "Sir, you have to wake up. It's already ten o'clock in the morning, you

should be at a meeting, settling on some work."

Tremaine remained still.

That was when Sheldon noticed something might be wrong. He immediately placed a finger under Tremaine's nose.

When Madam Quartley saw Sheldon's action, she suddenly felt dizzy. She trembled and said, "Is something wrong with Tremaine?"

Sheldon took his hand back.

He said to Madam Quartley, "Don't worry Madam Quartley. Mr. Tremaine is still breathing."

Madam Quartley heaved a sigh of relief.

Seeing Sheldon's previously reactions, Madam Quartley thought Tremaine had...

"Hurry up, call the doctor! Call the doctor right away!" Madam Quartley cried anxiously.

Although Tremaine was still breathing, he hadn't woken up since the day before. Something must be wrong!

The doctor arrived soon.

When Madam Quartley heard the explanation, she was extremely furious.

She cried loudly, "What nonsense! Has he forgotten who he is? The entire Nashaland relies on him! How dare he not wake up from his dreams?! I will wake him up no matter what!"

After saying that, Madam Quartley was about to hit Tremaine with her walking stick.

Since she couldn't wake him up by calling him, she would beat him until he woke up.

However, the psychologist stopped Madam Quartley hurriedly.

The psychologist explained that her actions were a danger to Tremaine.

Tremaine was in a deep slumber and he was refusing to wake up. If Madam Quartley forced him to wake up, some problems might occur to him.

Hearing that, Madam Quartley was so shocked that she quickly placed down her walking stick again.

She said anxiously, "What should we do? We can't simply have him sleep away his life like this!"

"Don't worry, Madam Quartley. I will think of a way to ensure that he wakes up," the psychologist comforted her, "I'll give him an IV drip and observe him for a bit."
