"Even if you can't control yourself, force yourself to!" Matthew yelled, a rare occurrence.
Preslie was stunned and she stared blankly at him.
He continued, "Do you know why I asked you to come out? It's because your words hurt Yesseca so much that her heart started to ache again! Remember that she has to feel calm all the time. I know that you're heartbroken, but you have to control yourself for Yesseca's sake."
Hearing his words, she sniffled.
Preslie rubbed her eyes and said, "I get it. I won't do it again."
Matthew looked at Selina again and said, "Selina, the same thing applies to you. Don't act so negatively in front of Yesseca."
Selina's eyes were also red as she nodded, "I understand. She's in the same situation that I used to be. How could I not understand where she's coming from? But..." Her eyes were full of struggle as she continued, "Matthew, Yesseca is so determined to die. What should we do?"
Matthew frowned as he replied, "I'll think of another way. Perhaps there's another way to save
her."
Truth be told, those words were just to comfort Selina and Preslie. If they had any other plans, they would've done it earlier.
Preslie suggested, "Why not we continue searching for a suitable heart? Once we find one, let's give Yesseca anesthesia at once! While she's unconscious, we'll transplant the new one into her and she won't know a thing."
Her idea was opposed by Matthew.
He said, "Yesseca is not a fool. If we really were to do such a thing, she would definitely not be willing to live anymore. You've seen how determined she was."
Preslie was taken aback.
She whispered, "Is it that serious?"
Selina agreed with Matthew.
She said, "Yesseca is a tough girl. If we really go against her will, I'm afraid the consequences will be dire."
