"No, she definitely has it in her." Madm Quartley said, "Otherwise, she wouldn't have gone to the United States to receive such a prestigious award."
Ever since Yesseca had left the Quartley Palace, her opinion of Yesseca was no longer as negative as before. However, at the moment, she was able to view Yesseca more objectively.
Seeing that Madam Quartley was still speaking up for Yesseca, Yuliana felt a little humiliated.
She said, "Madam Quartley, regardless of whether Yesseca is capable of such a thing or not, our family cannot accept desserts from her bakery! It took us so much effort to kick her out of here. We cannot keep on having connections to her."
Madam Quartley was a little hesitant.
To be honest, Yuliana was right, but...
Yesseca's desserts were indeed quite delicious and she found them to her tastes. Most importantly, in the midst of the pastries sent over everyday, there were oddly- shaped buns that Zorion's son loved the most. He would always hold them in his hands, laughing merrily.
If they were to stop buying from her bakery...
She really was reluctant to do so.
After pondering about it for a moment, she said, "Forget it, let's continue to buy from them. After all, Tremaine is already married and he no longer has any ties with Yesseca. We are merely customers to her."
How could Yuliana accept such a thing?
She really didn't want Yesseca to deliver desserts to the Quartley Palace anymore!
She hated Yesseca to the core!
So many unfortunate things had happened to Yuliana and even Madam Quartley's impression of her had suffered greatly. She reckoned that it was all Yesseca's fault.
