"She just wouldn't give up. She even wants to take this opportunity to hook up with Tremaine. In fact,
I feel that they already did, Rorita. Otherwise, why would he have such a big reaction after Grandma announced not to allow Yesseca's desserts to be supplied to the Quartley Palace? He even went to find Madam Quartley himself." Yuliana honestly pointed out, "Rorita, for the sake of your marriage, you absolutely mustn't allow her to continue delivering desserts into the palace anymore."
"Otherwise, that vixen, Yesseca, would steal your husband away sooner or later."
Yuliana’s constant chatter beside Rorita made the inside of ears buzz like no tomorrow.
She finally couldn’ t take it anymore and interrupted her, "I know, Yuliana. Thank you but I would like to turn in now."
It was only then that Yuliana gave it a rest.
"Have a good rest then, Rorita. Remember what I've just said! Bring out your momentum! All of Yesseca's desserts cannot be taken in! Throw them out straight away!" Yuliana said.
That evening, Madam Quartley had found out a certain news from the butler's own mouth.
And that was the desserts from Yesseca's store would continue to be delivered to the Quartley Palace the next day.
In the face of Madam Quartley's anger, the butler forced himself to say, "This is an order from Mr. Tremaine. Your portion of the desserts will be supplied by another store, but Mr. Tremaine would partake from the usual one."
"This is utter nonsense!" Madam Quartley shouted, "Does he have no consideration for his wife's feelings at all?! Tomorrow, all the desserts from Yesseca's store are not allowed to be sent into the palace! Do you hear me?"
The butler remained silent.
It was evident that the master of the palace was Tremaine.
Since he had given his command, the butler dare not add any further comment on the issue.
"Did you hear what I said?" Madam Quartley intoned deeply when she noticed the lack of response from the butler.
It was only then the butler replied with an aggrieved face, "Madam, please understand. Mr. Tremaine had told me to had them delivered, but now you're telling me not to. I also don't know what to do, if things are like this I have no way of solving it. It's best that you discuss this with Mr. Tremaine, otherwise this would make things difficult for me."
