"What are you waiting for? If you want to do this, then go on in." Aimeen pushed Dory in.
After hesitating for a moment, she went over.
Dory walked up to Yesseca. She felt very awkward about this because Preslie and Ruth were nearby. She then called out meekly, "Uhm, excuse me, Madam."
She felt extremely shy and like a cat, barely made a sound when she walked in.
Yesseca only noticed her when she was right in front of her.
She was shocked to see her. "Oh, Dory."
She nodded, "I... I saw you from outside. My mother told me to come in and say hello."
Yesseca looked outside the window.
She spotted a woman in her thirties standing outside.
Her features were ordinary and she was dressed rather decently.
Yesseca was surprised by this.
In her mind, she pictured Dory's mother would be someone poorly dressed, but the woman she saw wasn't that at all.
That was just a thought that flashed across her mind.
Yesseca stood up.
Even though she had only met Dory a couple of times, she considered her a friend.
Since she came in to say hello, Yesseca felt that she should be polite and introduce herself to Dory's mother.
After informing Ruth and Preslie, Yesseca stepped outside.
"Hello, nice to get to meet you, Madam," Yesseca greeted politely.
Aimeen judged Yesseca from top to toe and looked very disappointed.
This woman looked so dull and boring.
Based on the clothes she wore, she clearly wasn't as wealthy as her.
Aimeen kept quiet.
And here she had thought of her as a wealthy person!
How wrong she was!
Aimeen didn't even bother to repay her greeting. She was about to drag Dory away when a staff member walked by.
"Good morning, Boss." She greeted Yesseca.
Yesseca smiled back at her. "Good morning."
