"Will you be coming back tonight?" Preslie asked.
Yesseca looked at her quietly.
She poked her forehead and smiled, "What do you think? Of course I'll be back tonight."
After Yesseca left, Preslie went to see Ruth.
She lifted her hands and said, "Yesseca doesn't want me to go with her."
She then told Ruth about her conversation with Yesseca.
Ruth smiled.
She replied, "I think she's right. Yesseca will be fine tonight."
"If he wanted to do those things, he would have done so long ago. There's no need to have waited this long to do it."
"What a shame," Ruth said while sighing.
"What is?" Preslie asked.
Ruth replied, "Well, Tremaine is single and Yesseca is single too."
Preslie understood what Ruth meant.
She then asked, "You think they'll get back together?"
Ruth nodded.
Preslie had no idea how the president felt about things nowadays.
But Ruth believed him to be a good person at heart.
He was also very capable and responsible.
Especially during her last visit to Nashaland, she had seen how things had changed.
Back then, when she used to live in Nashaland, things were very different.
And look at how things had progressed since he took charge!
Infrastructure in Nashaland has been greatly improved.
Nashaland was blessed to have such an amazing president.
So if there was a chance.
Ruth really hoped that Yesseca and Tremaine could patch things up.
Ruth remembered how Preslie was so fond of Yesseca's relationship with Tremaine back then, but she never talked about them anymore.
Back when Tremaine and Yesseca were together.
She really believed that they were a match made in heaven.
They had a fairy tale relationship.
Unfortunately, their story didn't have a happy ending.
But now, thanks to that recipe Tremaine gave her, the fairy tale might still get a happy ending after all.
He had acted impulsively way too many times before.
