Esther, Bradley, and Felix returned to the cinema, resuming their movie-watching experience. The 

flickering light from the screen cast an ethereal glow on Esther’s face, creating a dreamlike aura around her. As Felix and Esther shared popcorn, their act of feeding each other filled the scene with warmth and beauty. 

At that moment, Esther turned her head and caught Bradley’s gaze fixed on the popcorn in her hand. A sudden idea sparked in her mind, and she decided to offer him a taste. She delicately picked up a piece of popcorn and gently fed it to Bradley. 

Instinctively, Bradley bit into the popcorn, savoring the combination of chocolate coating and the lingering warmth left by Esther’s touch on his lips. 

Esther leaned close to Bradley’s ear and asked softly, “Darling, is it good?” 

Bradley responded with a hum uncomfortably. 

Esther lowered her voice and whispered to Bradley, “Thank you for standing up for me just now, darling.” 

At first, when Bradley heard Esther calling him “darling”, he thought she might be crazy. After hearing her call him “darling” repeatedly, it sounded quite pleasant to his ears. 

“You’re my legal wife, Esther,” said Bradley. 

As long as Bradley and Esther had not gone through the divorce procedures, Esther remained his legal wife. What difference did bullying Esther make from insulting him? 

“Hmph…” Esther reached out and pinched Bradley’s arm, then turned around and sat with Felix to eat the popcorn and watch the movie. 

Bradley was rendered speechless. What kind of tantrum was Esther throwing? 

The young couple sitting behind Bradley observed Esther’s coquettish behavior and Bradley’s obliviousness. 

The boyfriend whispered into his girlfriend’s ear, “How can a man like him, who seems clueless, have a wife and child?” 

Equally puzzled, the girlfriend looked at Esther and her family and murmured, “Such an oblivious man. probably doesn’t even realize he’s done anything wrong!” 

Bradley turned his head and glanced at the couple seated behind him. 

At that moment, the young couple realized their whispered conversation had been audible to Bradley. In an attempt to cover up the awkwardness, they simultaneously began feeding each other popcorn, pretending as if nothing had happened and continuing to watch the movie. 

Bradley, who possessed a keen ability to learn, quickly snapped out of his trance. He glanced at the popcorn in front of him, reached out, and grabbed a handful. Without uttering a word, he fed it to Esther, placing it in her mouth.
