The flash of viciousness stunned Clark. If Felix had not given him the pen recorder, he would never

expect a woman who loved her son so much to have such a callous gaze.

If she were the one who had pulled off Thomas’ oxygen mask, what was her purpose in doing that?

Clark suppressed his distress and anger to look at Bradley and ask gently, “Mr. Bradley, before you get married to Ms. Anstey, should you divorce Ms. Quill first?”

Liliane looked at Clark gratefully upon hearing what he asked. Although she had been by Bradley’s side all these years as Felix’s birth mother, they were raising him at most.

Liliane was well aware that Bradley regarded her because she was Felix’s biological mother. Given the man’s heartlessness, he would not spare her a glance if she were not the boy’s birth mother.

All these years, she and her parents had been playing good guys and bad guys, respectively.
