Bradley always felt as though Esther hadn't passed away—he maintained the belief that she might reappear in some country or city at any moment.
"Clark, I aspire to build a business empire of my own," Bradley confessed.
Upon receiving the equity transfer letter from the Warner Group, Bradley had observed that Felix was the designated transferee. He had promptly signed it, acknowledging Felix as the future leader of the Warner Group under his vigilant gaze.
"You were once a celebrated figure with the Midas touch on Wall Street. You can certainly create another miracle of your own," Clark commented.
In addition to the Warner Group, Bradley owned undisclosed companies. These entities operated discreetly, shielding his identity, which had facilitated the Warner Group's swift response to Oliver's initial suppression.
Bradley stood up, prepared to leave. "Clark, take care of yourself. I'll visit you again soon."
Clark warmly interjected, "Wait a moment."
Maneuvering the wheelchair back to the bedroom, Clark retrieved a tablet and handed it to Bradley. "Here is the information I've gathered. Take a look."
Bradley sincerely thanked him. "Thank you, Clark."
Pausing to observe Clark and Daphne bustling in the kitchen, Bradley added, "I'll come to see you next time."
"Perhaps by your next visit, I'll be able to walk again."
