Chapter 200 What’s So Good About Nigel?
Under the effects of alcohol, Nathaniel turned around and rushed out without hesitation.
Alfred was stunned for a moment, and then he followed Nathaniel out.
Alfred had never seen Nathaniel in such a depressed state. If he let Nathaniel run out like this and something bad happened, he would have to buy a grave tomorrow.
They got into the car together. Nathaniel knew that he couldn’t drive as he was drunk. He leaned on the front passenger seat and looked down. He looked gloomy, like the calm before a storm.
“Drive to her house!”
Alfred did not dare to say anything and drove to Janet’s house.
Along the way, Nathaniel didn’t say anything, but his cold aura made Alfred scared.
Alfred took orders from Nathaniel. The lights were green, and they soon arrived at Janet’s house.
Before Alfred could speak, the car door was slammed shut, and Nathaniel had disappeared from the car.
Nathaniel stopped at Janet’s door and rang the doorbell without hesitation.
The clear ring sounded harsh in the quiet night.
Janet frowned when she heard the doorbell ring. Who was looking for her at this late hour?
For some reason, Janet had a bad feeling. Before she reached the door, she heard Nathaniel’s voice.
“Janet, open the door.”
When Nathaniel was downstairs, he saw that the light in Janet’s bedroom was still on.
Nathaniel knew that Janet was not asleep.
Janet frowned. Why was Nathaniel here? Wasn’t he drinking at a bar? Why didn’t Alfred take him home?
Janet thought about it for a while and felt that Nathaniel was strange tonight. Moreover, he must have drunk a lot. She didn’t know if he was still sober. She didn’t want to meet him, so she turned off the light and went to sleep.
However, Nathaniel started to thump the door.
“Janet, open the door. I know you are at home!”
The thumps were loud. It was at midnight. Janet’s neighbors worked and rested according to schedules. Such a loud noise would wake them up. She could imagine the scene where her neighbors came out to complain.
More importantly, Janet did not want to be embarrassed in this area.
Nathaniel still thumped the door.
Janet became angry. She suppressed her anger and opened the door.
Unexpectedly, as soon as Janet opened the door, Nathaniel pushed his way In.
With a bang, the door was slammed shut.
Janet almost fell to the ground. The strong smell of alcohol irritated her nose and filled the air.
How much did Nathaniel drink tonight? she wondered.
“Nathaniel, get up and get out…”
Janet pushed Nathaniel, but before she could finish her words, Nathaniel kissed her.
Nathaniel’s kiss was sudden. It was like a punishment and a goodbye. Janet wanted to step back, but Nathaniel planted another kiss on
her lips and pushed her against the wall behind her.
Janet leaned her back against the wall and couldn’t move. She could even feel that Nathaniel had been aroused. She gritted her teeth and wanted to push him away, but Nathaniel held her hands tightly and clenched her fingers.
Slap!
“Nathaniel are you crazy?”
Janet slapped Nathaniel hard. Nathaniel had a clear palm print on his face, but he smiled.
“Yes, I’m crazy. I am driven crazy by you.”
As Nathaniel spoke, he pressed Janet against the wall again. His eyes were red, and he began to kiss Janet again.
Janet was forced to bear Nathaniel’s kiss. She unconsciously groped around the shoe rack. Finally, she touched something. Without thinking, she smashed it on Nathaniel’s head.
“Hiss…”
