My Past is Just Prologue (Janet and Nathaniel) novel Chapter 32

Read My Past is Just Prologue By Louisa Dillon Chapter 32 – Coral Breaks down.

When Janet heard what had happened in Conrad’s office through the listening device, her face was the same passionless severity as before.

She played with the custom-made pen and sneered, “Penny wise pound foolish. That’s what these people are.”

“Even if she heard Coral’s desperate scream, Janet would not sympathize with her.”

After all, she knew very well that if she hadn’t been prepared for this, she would have been the one to suffer what Coral had

suffered.

Conrad’s face was ghost pale, staying in his office.

“How can there be no way to withdraw it? Since I’ve spent so much money posting it, you can tell me how much it will cost to

remove it.”

When Conrad heard from his assistant that there was no way to withdraw it, he was still wondering if the media would ask for a sky-high price, and he would probably have to pay a lot if that were the case.

Conrad also felt things had turned out like this was probably because of Janet.

“That’s enough! What’s the rush?”

Conrad scolded Coral impatiently. He felt that his daughter had lost her temper too easily.

“Dad! Are you really going to be a lackey of Janet?”

Coral had never been reprimanded like this by Conrad before.

Tears streamed down her cheeks, and the hatred in her heart kept growing. Coral said, “Dad, I want her to die! You’ve been managing Longfellow Group for so many years. How could she take it away so easily?”

Hearing Coral’s words, Conrad also felt annoyed. His daughter’s words were so unpleasant, but it was indeed him who had

started this.

Conrad had been in charge of Longfellow Group for many years, and now he would never act rashly after what had happened.

“Okay, I see. Don’t be impulsive. I underestimated Janet this time. I didn’t expect her to be so experienced and astute…”

Compared with Conrad, who was gnashing his teeth in the office and wanting to kill Janet, Janet seemed to be in a very good
