"You figured?" She smiled brightly, "I'm going to try to get together with Mr. Milton tonight. Girl, you gotta get the things you want. Be my wingman tonight, since you're already married!"
What else could I say? I looked at her and nodded. "I wish you the best."
I was sure Sebastian was the target of many women. He was handsome and rich, and also a member of a noble family. It was almost impossible for regular girls to meet him. They couldn't miss a chance like this.
Naomi booked a private room. We had our meal, then went to the second floor for entertainment. Clearly, Naomi wanted a fun night out!
When I saw Dahlia in the private room, it surprised me, but I didn't hesitate too much and sat down to greet her.
"It was Tina and the others who invited Dahlia, not me." Naomi leaned against my ear and pursed her lips. "I should have told Tina and the others in advance. I'm so annoyed."
I smiled and didn't say much.
Having a meal and chatting were probably the usual entertainment between adults. They'd thought that someone like Sebastian, who was cold and aloof, wouldn't enjoy it.
But I saw that he seemed to be used to it. Contrary to my opinion, he chatted and drank very naturally, which confused me.
After having a few drinks, I felt a little hot, and I got up and went to the bathroom.
Hearing the footsteps behind me, I couldn't help but look back. I paused, seeing Dahlia follow me. "Going to the bathroom?" I asked, feeling wary.
She nodded coldly. "Yes!"
I didn't say much. I went into the bathroom to wash my face. When I came out of the bathroom, she seemed to have left.
The corridor was covered with carpets, and as I walked, my steps felt soft and comfortable. After getting accustomed to the place, it was inevitable I would let my guard down.
"Ah!" A voice came from the front.
