My Substitute CEO Bride (Nash Calicraft) novel Chapter 1203

Chapter 1203

After finishing her shower, Melody put on a pink silk nightgown and began blow-drying her hair. Her black silky hair cascaded like ink. In the mirror, her skin appeared smooth and flawless.

Feeling pleased with herself, Melody admired her reflection before returning to the bedroom to get ready for bed. Just as she

approached the door, she heard the sound of her neighbor vomiting.

Nash had indeed drunk too much.

Melody enjoyed drinking with her group, but she had never drunk with

Bertram before. That guy could hold his liquor.

With a click, Melody entered Nash’s room with a cup of tea in hand. Have a cup of tea,” she said softly. She placed the tea on the bedside table before gently patting Nash’s back.

Nash continued to retch, expelling mostly alcohol with hardly any food. Drinking on an empty stomach was an intense experience. Having consumed about two pounds of alcohol, he had already vomited nearly one pound. He felt a bit relieved after throwing up,

though.

Slowly lifting his gaze, Nash found himself facing a pair of snow- white, shapely thighs. Melody was holding out the teacup to him. Nash gulped down two mouthfuls of tea.

“If you can’t handle it, why drink so much? Let’s see if you’ll still insist on showing off again next time!” Melady scolded Nash, feeling a bit guilty herself.

Putting down the teacup, Nash leaned back against the headboard and closed his eyes. “Rare moments of happiness should be cherished. If I get drunk, then so be it.”

He was wearing only a white shirt which was unbuttoned, revealing

his bronze skin and delicate collarbones. Melody glanced at him

before quickly looking away. “You should go to sleep. I’m going to bed too. There’s bottled water in the drawer if you get thirsty. Help yourself.”

With that, she turned to leave, but Nash grabbed her wrist. His hot palm sent shivers down Melody’s entire arm, causing goosebumps to form on her skin. She tried to break free, but Nash pulled her into his

arms.

“Aren’t you going to sleep?” she asked nervously, her voice trembling. She was extremely tense and regretted not drinking a few more glasses to boost her courage.

Nash gazed at her beautiful face with a drunken gaze and lightly as he pinched her chin. “I’m not very sleepy right now

led

Melody bit her lip, not daring to look at him.

Nash released her chin and then rested his hand on her smoo

leg. Melody’s muscles tensed. Feeling too embarrassed to lo him, she buried herself in his embrace.
