My Substitute CEO Bride (Nash Calicraft) novel Chapter 1741

Nash let out a chuckle and stopped refuting.

Even an entity as powerful as the Celestial Maiden was reincarnated without a physical body, which showed how tragic the war was that year.

Husky wagged its tail and walked toward the cave. "Master, come with me. I'll take you to get the Nirvana Fire!"

Nash turned his head and glanced at Ditto. He was worried that Husky would trick him.

Ditto seemed to have understood Nash. She said, "Don't worry, it wants someone to take away the Nirvana Fire more than anyone else. He's the guardian beast of the Nirvana Fire. Only by reigniting the Nirvana Fire can he continue his cultivation!"

Nash trusted Ditto very much. Now that Ditto said so, the stone weighing upon his heart was relieved.

He followed Husky into the cave.

Husky barked three times.

The inside of the dark cave lit up as if it were equipped with a voice-activated light.

Nash saw spheres like light bulbs embedded in the wall with a blazing white flames burning inside.

"I invented this voice-activated spiritual weapon. I'm smart, right?" Husky turned its head and asked triumphantly.

Nash nodded and said, "You’re smart, indeed!"

Husky grinned from ear to ear. Its previous master always called it stupid. Now, it finally had a knowledgeable owner.

There was a long corridor after they entered the cave. At the end of it were two stone doors.

"Woof woof, open sesame!" Husky barked twice and then announced the codeword to open the door.

The two stone doors slowly opened.

Nash clicked his tongue and said, "Did you also invent this?"

Husky raised its head proudly, "Yes, it's a voice-activated door!"

Nash was deeply moved. Refined dogs were just different.
