Chapter 105
Upon returning to the Lynch residence, Wendy also brought Linda’s suitcase over.
With Lexi staying at the Lynch residence, Linda would need to stay there for a while.
Lexi was well–behaved but needed care, and Linda could provide only limited companionship.
Thus, she would spend as much time with her as possible.
“Ms. Felix, I’ll be leaving now,” Wendy, sald and gently patted Lexi’s chubby face before leaving.
“Alright. Thank you for your help.” Linda nodded. “Happy New Year.”
“Happy New Year to you, Mr. Lynch, Ms. Felix, and our little Lexi.”
Lexi was holding Simon’s hand.
“Lexi, what should we say to Wendy?”
Lexi sweetly said, “Goodbye!”
Simon and Celine had known about Lexi for a while and treated her like their own granddaughter. Simon. had been hugging and kissing her since she got out of the car, while Celine asked James about Lexi’s
situation.
“Madam Ross, please tidy up Linda’s and Lexi’s rooms, Celine instructed.
“James, you should stay here for a while, too. It’s been hard for you to take care of Lexi,” Simon said while
playing with Lexi
James declined, “Thank you, Simon, but I have other matters to attend to, so I won’t bother you at the
house.”
James looked at Linda.
Linda said, “Mr. Lynch, James has his matters to attend to. If you really want to show your gratitude, you could offer support in other ways.”
Simon recalled what Samson had mentioned earlier.
“James, if you need anything, you can just let Samson know.”
James didn’t refuse. He needed Samson’s assistance.
After sending James off, Linda and Samson took Lexi upstairs to rest.
They only left Lexi’s room after she fell asleep.
In the living room, Simon and Celine asked whether Lexi would return to Usna or stay in Osmo.
Linda wasn’t sure how to respond.
Her wish was to provide Lexi with a warm home even f her relationship with Samson wasn’t that kind of relationship.
Realistically, she couldn’t stay here permanently.
If Lexi stayed in Osmo, Linda would be overly cautious.
“Mr. and Mrs. Felix, I also hope Lexi can stay with me. She’s our responsibility.” Linda sighed. “But the

current situation makes me hesitant to risk her safety.”
“Samson, what do you think?”
Samson frowned and recalled how Lexi had tightly held his fingers, squeezing his heart.
“Linda, leave Lexi here and let my parents help take care of her.”
He spoke seriously, “Lexi is still under three years old. Not being with her parents isn’t good for her development.
