Linda decided to participate in the roadshow, confident it would boost the film’s popularity. Besides, Linda’s face was already enough to create a buzz. 

Lina thought of something and observed Linda’s expression. “I think there might be another possibility.” 

“What possibility?” Linda raised an eyebrow. 

“Your ex–husband might support your box office after knowing you’re Amber,” Lina said. 

Linda smiled. “That would be the best. My movie would make a breakthrough even then.” “Aren’t you embarrassed?” 

“Why should I be?” Linda was puzzled. ‘It’s just the interest that William owes me.” 

Under the care of James, Simon, and Celine, Lexi returned to her lively self. 

However, due to frequent visits to and from the Lynch residence during this period, Linda and Samson were hyped up by marketing accounts. 

The two sat in the office as the PR department reported to them. 

They looked at each other and burst out laughing. 

“It’s quite amusing.” Samson said.

“You’re half a celebrity as the CEO of a media company,” Linda said.

“Mr. Lynch, Ms. Felix, how do we handle this?” Lina asked. 

“Just let it be. Let the public opinion fade on its own,” Linda said, “Do you really think Mr. Lynch and I have something going on?” 

Lina shook his head. “No. I don’t think you’d fall for Mr. Lynch.” 

Linda couldn’t help but laugh. 

“It’s not me saying that. It’s your employee.” 

Samson shrugged. “They’re not wrong. If you had feelings for me back then, you wouldn’t have married William.” 

“Never mind. Get back to work,” Linda said to Lina.. 

Lina left the office. 

“If Lexi isn’t exposed, we don’t have to worry about online matters. If she is, we’ll address it then,” Linda said to Samson. 

“That’s what I think, too. Our involvement in this gossip isn’t that big of a deal.” 

They were adults in the entertainment industry. It could be considered free publicity for company projects now that they were rumored to be a couple.
