Chapter 199
The media only cared about getting likes on their posts. They did not intend to make an enemy out of Linda and Samson.
Now that William has sided with Linda and Samson, those behind the incident won’t be able to avoid the consequences of their actions.
Linda and Samson didn’t care about how others thought of them. In their line of work, these situations were unavoidable.
They only cared about Lexi’s well–being. If anyone dared to hurt her, that meant they were stepping over Linda and Samson’s boundaries.
Linda and Samson won’t allow this situation to be resolved quietly. They would take all legal actions as necessary.
YK Media had already located the media company that released those photos.
“Linda, I will ask the legal department to sue every single one of them. We can’t let them get off scot–free,” Samson said to Linda when they were back in his study room.
He spoke gently, even if it was important to him that the situation get. resolved in the right way.
Samson had always been a gentle person. Even in this kind of
situation, he was able to handle it calmly.
“Yes, that’s what we should do. I’ve talked to Jimmy about the actress
they wanted to add to our cast. We know the movie directors, and
they said they would never employ that actress.”
Such was the reality of the media industry.
“We’ll expose the name of the actress and sue their company,” Samson said with a smile.
At that moment, Wendy came into the room and said, “I just got a
phone call from Mr. Charlie Jenkins from CJ Media. He said he has something to discuss with the two of you.”
“Charlie Jenkins?” The name was familiar, but Linda couldn’t recall
who he was.
“How dare he ask to meet us?” Samson said with an evil smile on his
face.
It seemed like Charlie wouldn’t back down without a fight.
“Did he say why he wanted to meet us?” Linda asked.
“It’s regarding the recent events,” Wendy said.
The actress that the media wanted to insert into Linda’s movie was
under the care of CJ Media. The paparazzi had often caught her appearing near Charlie’s home, but the photos were not widely
available due to CJ Media’s intervention.
