“I’m ready to watch the drama unfold.” 

“Why is a man being so hostile toward a girl? He’s truly revolting.” 

“Who’s Victor Olsen? Why haven’t I heard about him before?” 

“I want to hear what he thinks about the movie too.” 

Back at the interview, Linda nodded. “Like I said, I accept all comments from everyone who’s watched my work.” 

Victor cleared his throat. “Ms. Felix, I feel like you should pursue being a content creator rather than a filmmaker. At the end of the day, this micro movie is all about creating buzz. “Of course, I must admit buzz is something we need when promoting a project. It’s just that I find some of your actions seem more focused on seeking attention rather than the art itself. 

“I watched the entirety of the movie. From a filmmaker’s point of view, it is truly awful, to say the least. It’s nothing like what ‘the most talented emerging director‘ should present. Instead, it looks like the work of an intern with no experience in a real filming environment. 

“If this were to be put among other works of unknown directors, it wouldn’t be a standout. However, things are different when it comes to you, Ms. Felix. It’s almost as if everyone is driven by passion with you. 

“Everything you do becomes the subject of widespread worship, even if the depiction in your art is incorrect.” 

Victor’s words and the meaning behind them were all well understood by Linda, other attendees present, and the livestream audience. 

“I’ve never seen a man speak so obnoxiously.” 

“What’s his problem? Isn’t the main point of promoting Cheshire culture creating buzz?” 

“Her micro movie is independent, while all income generated from monetization will be donated to charitable organizations.” 

“I’m a history student and personally have no issue with the content in Linda’s micro movie. I even scrutinized how her script was written and was okay with all of it.” 

“What’s wrong with you, Victor? Aren’t you scared to be blacklisted by Samson after this?” 

“Indeed, some words are better left unsaid. Otherwise, you might have to deal with the consequences.” 

More comments flooded the chat. 

Faced with the fleeting livestream chat and the surrounding gazes, Linda burst into laughter. “So, I’m basically a director who relies on creating buzz and traffic while having no actual artistic capabilities. Is that right, Mr. Olsen? 

“I wouldn’t say I’m fully capable yet, but being able to pull a crowd to watch my work is an accomplishment in itself, don’t you think? 

“You’re right; I have been creating buzz around my project. But compared to your works, Mr. Olsen, in which you struggled to break even, isn’t it better that I attracted a bunch of viewers who spent money to watch my movie at the very least? 

“Personally, I give myself a pat on the shoulder for having achieved something like this as a new director. If I’m not wrong, this is your ninth year in the industry, right, Mr. Olsen? If being in the industry for nine years still makes you an up–and–coming director, I’m practically a senior to you in that sense.
