Chapter 280
Due to Wilson Group’s project, Samson had not returned to YK Media for a long time.
Linda patted his shoulder. “Samson, you know I never take on tasks without confidence. If I allowed Hannah to cause trouble, it means Thave a plan in place to handle it.”
Seeing her determined gaze, he knew the situation was under control

Back at the office, Wendy brought Taylor in to update Linda on the situation.
*Ms. Felix, we’ve followed your instructions and focused all the attacks on you.”
Taylor’s statement almost caused Wendy’s brain to overheat.
“Ms. Felix, have you prepared a countermeasure beforehand?”
with one hand holding coffee and the other controlling the mouse while observing the online uproar against her, Linda found it quite amusing
“Wendy, I never undertake tasks without assurance. If I allowed her to launch a public attack against me, it meant I was well–prepared.
“Taylor, please send out the evidence I gave you under the company’s name and have the legal department issue cease–and–desist letters to the accounts that have caused serious legal harm
“As for Hannah, let the legal department file a lawsuit for defamation. She’s harmed my reputation and impacted the company’s stock price. Also, release the recording I sent you
earlier.”
Taylor nodded. “Understood, Ms. Felic.”
Once she left, Linda explained to Wendy, “Hannah claims I forced her to give false testimony, but what she doesn’t know is that even if she hadn’t been present at the trial, I still could have had Tom sentenced to death.
“Does she think she has something I don’t? I was simply trying to be kind and give her a chance, but it seems she didn’t value the opportunity I offered.”

YK Media’s official account posted a statement addressing the allegations. “We need to clarify the current uproar about our vice president Linda Felix allegedly coercing Hannah Fela to give false testimony, leading to Tom Felbe’s death sentence.
“Firstly, Ms. Felix has done no such coercions Before Hannah approached Ms. Fela, we had already obtained evidence of Tom’s crimes. Ms. Felix is a public figure and a law- abiding citizen, incapable of engaging in illegal activities.
“Secondly, as our company’s employee, Hannah failed to cooperate during her work, resulting in the loss of several major contracts. She sought Ms. Felix’s protection but was rejected, leading to this issue. Our company will pursue legal action against her.
“Thirdly, we will also file lawsuits against all accounts that have insulted Ms. Felix based on legal terms. We hope everyone understands that the internet is not beyond the Law and will be mindful of their words and actions. Thank you for your attention.”
Once the statement was sent, Linda didn’t focus on it further. She considered the matter resolved as it wasn’t a significant issue
