“Don’t be fooled by the size of that ruby in the center. Its clarity is actually quite low, Despite its size, It is only worth around a hundred thousand dollars. The gemstones on the tassels are in a similar price range.” 

He knew Linda wouldn’t believe him, so he explained with utmost sincerity, “Those unfamiliar with it often think that the bigger the gemstone, the higher the value. But clarity matters the most in reality
