Never Late, Never Away (Vivian and Finnick) novel Chapter 3039

Chapter 3039

With a forceful push, Abelyn shoved Dustin aside.

"Why didn't you voice your doubts? You could have asked Joan directly about it. Instead, you chose to commit such an atrocity behind her back"

Dustin remarked in disappointment.

So what? She was the one who started it.If she hadn't abandoned me and left me with Della, I wouldn't have schemed against her. it's all her fault! She is the one who forced me into the corner.

"Dustin, you're the only one whom I have spoken to about this. As to what you decide to do, it's entirely up to you."

Just as she spoke, Abelyn headed upstairs.

Up to me?How am ! to even go about this?0n one side is the one I love now.

On the other, is the one I have loved for many years.

How do I even make a choice? Should I hide the truth?! would be betraying Joan then.

Should ! expose her instead? But I can't bear to see anyone harming her.

However, what Dustin didn't consider was that the harm that Abelyn had to suffer was actually her punishment.

As Dustin sat on the sofa, he lifted his head and stared blankly at the ceiling.

As of now, Jessica knows the truth.

Even if I don't tell anyone else about what Abelyn has just said, Jessica would definitely tell Larry given her temperament.

The only consolation is that Joan doesn't want to pursue the matter at all.

Abelyn oh Abelyn, how did you end up being so irrational? With a helpless expression, Dustin looked in the direction of her room.

"Are you sure?" Larry asked coldly in his office.

"Yes! Absolutely sure! Joan told me herself"

Jessica answered resolutely on the phone.

lt seems my suspicion is right.

"Abelyn is not at home. What do you want to see her for? Just tell me, and I'll pass the message" Dustin replied quickly.

Not at home? How is that possible? All this while, she would either be shopping, at the movies or sleeping at home.

Given how bad the weather is now, what is she doing outside? As Larry scrutinized Dustin, he suspected that he was being lied to.

Larry understood and empathized with Dustin.

But, he still had to get to the bottom of the matter.

"Get her out here at once.I want to ask her personally if she was behind Joan's kidnapping.I want to know what Joan did to offend her."

Just as he spoke, Larry plonked himself down on the sofa, looking unfazed.

Given the way he is behaving, he is unlikely to leave soon.

Dustin suddenly felt as if he had a headache.

"Let me buy you lunch while I fill you in on everything that has happened; Dustin quickly offered as he helped Larry up from the sofa. Hmm?Can it be that he already knows? Larry gave him a curious look.
